Sanjay is the founder and chief advisor at Sunflower Solutions. An automobile engineer from the University of Cincinnati, he figured that life in advertising is the one he wants to live quite early in the day. A veteran in the field, he’s handled a cross-category of Blue Chip clients such as Novartis, Blue Dart, New York Life Insurance, and Cosmos Bank. Also to his credit is the way he expanded his previous agency by 20% YOY, making it one of the top 100 in India as per the A&M Magazine. A car fanatic, Single Malt aficionado, avid Golfer, and plant lover are a few facets of his personality you should keep in mind in case you’d like to woo him (or at least try).

Rohan’s gotten into business at a very early stage in his career, and has spearheaded it from the get-go with the help of his father’s guidance. A Don Draper fan, he tries to run the agency with the same vigour by adding a creative touch to everything released. He’s a people pleaser, and takes care of new and existing business at the agency; being a mass media graduate is the icing on the cake. His previous stints were at iProspect, and Dentsu Webchutney, both agenies within Dentsu Aegis Network. He’s the Account Director at Sunflower Solutions, and many accounts currently under their umbrella are because of his persistence.

Laxman is someone who’s mastered the art of designing websites that are pleasing to the eye. With over 20 years of experience in UI/UX, only a few know more about this arena than him. Having worked in start-ups, agencies such as iProspect of the Dentsu Aegis Network, and corporates, he has a 360 degree view of how people like their websites - that’s why we’re lucky to have him! After all, it’s your visiting card in the 21st century!

Lakshman is the creative brain behind everything at Sunflower. He’s got 19+ years of experience in the field of advertising, and has worked with Hindustan Thompson Associates, Adfactors, and J Walter Thompson. With many trophies to his name, he’s a Gold medalist from LS Raheja School of Art, a Goafest Award Winner, Cannes Festival Finalist, and has also been featured in The Work International Magazine. In essence, having him on the team is our biggest win!
